Praise the Lord and Good Evening,
I thank the Lord for what He's doing in the lives of His people. I was blessed to attend a revival last Friday night. The service was okay, but it was after service that the Lord worked so marvelously. It all started when one person asked for prayer (we were dismissed) and that was the beginning a wonderful move of God.
The Lord allowed one person's requesting prayer after the fact to start a spiritual avalanche. Yes, often times we have it all mapped out....we know what is supposed to be and at what time....but I thank the Lord He works according to His time. Oh to hold out for the Lord's move.....who says a thing is over....it may feel as though, everything that is going to happen, has occurred.....but could it be that there is some extra on the way? Who are we to write off God and say, "He's done all He's going to do in this thing." You don't know that......wasn't that the problem with Mary and Martha when Jesus said, "take away the stone." There was more to their story.....they just thought it was over.
We've all experienced times when we thought it was the end....when love was lost, when jobs were no-more, when you put all you had into something, only to see it destroyed.....we've all seen situations that seemed like this was "it" but the Lord showed up and worked, after we said, the end......God isn't done and He won't be done until eternity.....so regardless if the curtain is closed or not....if the benediction was given or not....if everyone has packed up and called the story, over.....has God? Has God called it over....is the service really over or was that Part 1?
When Jesus therefore had received the vinegar, he said, It is finished: and he bowed his head, and gave up the ghost. (John 19:30 KJV)
And said unto them, Thus it is written, and thus it bhoved Christ to suffer, and to rise from the dead the third day. 47 And that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in his name among all nations, beginning at Jerusalem. 48 And ye are witnesses of these things. (Luke 24:46-48 KJV)

Matt 11:28-29 Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. 29 Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls.
